Wet Abrasive Blasters

The wet abrasive blasting systems are self-contained units that continuously circulate a water-and-media slurry in suspension and ensure efficient cleaning with consistent abrasive flow while restoring engine components.  Wet blasters are highly customizable and most commonly used in cabinet blasting or manual blasting. Our recent installations include wet blasting system equipped with 200 Litres slurry tank, CE/ASME marked and  built-in closed-circuit that performs grease removal and abrasive blasting in a single operation while allowing abrasive material to be recovered and reused. This saves energy, reduces operational costs and eliminates waste.

200 Litre capacity wet blaster is suitable for optimising abrasive media reuse and higher productivity gains in small scale to medium scale production.
